I (the client) have carefully read this Terms and Agreement and fully understand its contents as well as the conditions below. I am aware that this is a release and waiver of liability, and I (the client) sign it knowingly, voluntarily, and of my own free will.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- The client understands that a deposit (Booking Fee) will have to be paid to secure a booking. Respective deposits vary across packages and are stated on both the pricing page and the booking page!!
- All Deposits (Booking Fee) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
- A Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Full payment must be made before or on the day of the shoot.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, or Bank Transfer Is Accepted.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in loss of your deposit. The client accepts that the consequences of last-minute changes will result in the re-booking of a new session with the required deposit (Booking Fee).
- A traveling fee is required for locations not accessible to me. The travel fee starts at $30
- Shoots that require a traveling fee, and are out of state/country must be paid in full at the time of booking alongside the required deposit.
- All traveling fees are Non-Refundable and Non Transferable.
- Turnaround Time: The stated turnaround time for edited photos and final deliverables refers to business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Usage Rights: Clients will receive high-resolution digital images for personal use. Please credit or tag the business when sharing on social media.
- Copyright: All images remain the property of the photographer and may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
